I'm baaack! and I'm married!!!!
IIII'm home!
The wedding was incredible. Having all of our friends and family from both sides here at the same time was amazing. I wish we could get them all here more often. The day was perfect. I didn't eat or sleep for like 3 or 4 days, so I wigged out after the ceremony, and got really cranky. Other than that though, it was just incredible. The ceremony was everything I've always pictured and imagined. Seeing him at the other end of the aisle and walking towards him was just as I pictured it. I had the biggest smile of my whole life, the whole ceremony. We went to Wendy's pre-reception and ate the best meal of my whole life. Having food in me was so good. Those should make for some pretty good pictures! The reception was the most fun night of my entire life. It was everything I could've hoped for. He and I had so much fun that it isn't even funny. Even when no one else would dance, we were out there unaware of anything but each other. So fun! Oh, and I coated his entire face in cake ;)
At the end of the day, my dress was muddy, a little torn, full of cake, and my bustle was destroyed. I figured the messier the dress, the more fun I had!!
My bridesmaids were just out of this world. They tended to my every need for 3 days. Emotional, physical, technical. I highly reccomend them :)
They ran around like crazy trying to get things done for me- they packed for me, tended to me when I was cranky, sacrificed their butts off for me. Brit and Dave even cleaned my car for me! Inside and outside, it looks amazing! They decorated it up for us after the reception. The windows were all painted, my overnight bag was in the back, and rose petals everywhere. Plus balloons on top and huge cans in the back. People honked at us and waved to us the whole way to the hotel. I just can't describe how incredible they all were and how immensly blessed I was to have them. And just having them around me was the best. My best friends there with me on my day was wonderful. I looked at them and smiled my giddy smile during the ceremony and their eyes told me they knew exactly what I was feeling. I love them and I love God for providing them!
Honeymoon was relaxing and wonderful. 6 days on the beach... perfect. The people of honolulu are the rudest people I've ever met, so that was a little frustrating, but overall it was wonderful.
